This new space, which already appears to be popular with locals, has given the Mossman Lifeline team more space to work with, which means more variety on the shelves and more finds for local shoppers.

“We’ve worked really hard to get the store set up and expand our range,” said regional manager Donna Green.

“It’s been a big job, but we’re so happy with how it’s turned out. There’s definitely a new buzz on Front Street,” she said.

Workers at the new store, which officially opened its doors on Monday, August 11, say they have already been welcomed with plenty of friendly faces and positive feedback from customers.

“The team is excited to keep building on the shopping experience, with new items added daily,” Ms Green said.

Lifeline Mossman is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. The store is closed on Sundays.

Donations are also accepted during trading hours and for larger items, Lifeline can help with collection which can be arranged by calling 4050 4930.
