Rick Price celebrates 30 years
THE Reef Hotel Casino proudly presents an intimate, one-night-only performance with beloved 90s crooner Rick Price, celebrating the 30th anniversary of his hit album Tamborine Mountain.
Released in 1995, Tamborine Mountain featured timeless songs including ‘River of Love’, ‘Bridge Building Man’, ‘Foolish Heart’, and the stunning duet ‘Trust Me This Is Love’ with Tina Arena. Produced by Rick and acclaimed New York producer Ben Wisch, the album also features guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel.
Named after the picturesque rainforest region in the Gold Coast Hinterland where Rick grew up, Tamborine Mountain climbed the ARIA Charts and cemented Price as one of Australia’s most soulful singer-songwriters.
Fans can expect to hear favourites such as ‘Heaven Knows’, ‘Not a Day Goes By’ and ‘Walk Away Renée’, alongside treasured tracks from the anniversary album – ‘To Be With You’, ‘You’re Never Alone’, ‘Since I Met You’ and many more.
This special Sunday celebration will be an up-close and personal experience with Rick Price – live, free and flying solo.
