Mrs Eime has worked in Lutheran Education for 16 years, across three different Lutheran schools in a variety of roles.

She has been at the college since 2016, in the roles of primary and secondary school teacher, head of year for year 11 and year 12, head of department for Christian studies, director of culture, deputy principal of secondary school, and most recently, interim principal in April before being appointed principal in July this year.

As principal, Mrs Eime is called to lead in partnership with students, staff, families and the wider church community, ensuring that the values and purpose of the college remain grounded in the Christian faith.

“I am genuinely excited about the future of Peace as we continue to provide excellent, Christ-centred educational opportunities, where our students can truly thrive,” she said. “I firmly believe that education is a partnership between school and home, where students can achieve their personal best every step of the way.”
