The annual year 12 formal proved once again to be much more than just a school function – it is a cherished community tradition that fills local residents with immense pride.

Excitement filled the air as family, friends, and community members lined the streets outside the Babinda RSL Hall to cheer on the graduates.

The arrivals did not disappoint, with students stepping out of fabulous cars in their finest formal attire, ready to walk the red carpet and soak up their well-deserved moment in the spotlight.

Acting principal Naomi Gibb expressed deep admiration for the cohort and the township’s unwavering support.
